Quick check-in and check-out. Well-organized. No problems with reservation and correct price. Clean room with good size. Nice tap in bathroom and cool shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Great position in front of the lake. Easy access to lakefront restaurants. Nice gym and rooftop area.

The location of this hotel is great, it is situated right in front of a lake. the gym and rooftop area are also very nice. Some restaurants along the lake are in walking distance from the hotel.
The customer service wasn't up to the mark. Staffs were not fluent in English and were not so helpful.

We enjoyed the luxurious amenities offered at this hotel, including the private facilities in our room. the Continental breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options.
Service at times was slow, and some staff members had limited English proficiency. this minor issue did not detract from our overall positive experience at the venue.

During my stay, I enjoyed the hotel's fantastic location in front of the lake, which allowed me to visit all the lakefront restaurants with ease. Additionally, the hotel's gym and rooftop area were impressive, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to exercise and unwind. Maintaining cleanliness was a top priority for the staff, and my room was always kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. Another positive aspect was that the hotel staff was always friendly and ready to help if I needed anything.

Great Location and Nice Gym
I enjoyed the view of the lake from the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and I had a great workout. It was also easy to access the restaurants and other attractions in the area because the hotel was in a key location.
The service at the hotel was very poor. There was only one person manning the reception area, which meant that I had to wait for a long time to be served.

The hotel had a great and convenient location. I had an amazing view from my room that overlooked a beautiful lake, and the rooftop offered a great place to exercise at the gym. the staff were friendly and always willing to help me out, which was appreciated.
the lighting was poor throughout the premises, which made it difficult to navigate my way around.
